This evening at the Hosch Theatre will be a fun-filled time for audience members as GTA/Wonderquest’s own Gay Hammond hosts the Alliance for Literacy 27th annual Spelling Bee. As featured in the Gainesville Times, the bee will feature 9 teams from area schools and organizations and will support the Gainesville-Hall County Alliance for Literacy’s adult literacy efforts .  A “Buzz before the Bee” will feature Downtown Drafts selling drinks 5:30-7 PM. in the lobby, and the Bee begins at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children 12 and younger.  Teams also raised $1200 each to participate in the bee. A door prize will be awarded to an audience member, and a good time is sure to be had by all! We hope to see you there!
